The concept is good. And teh drawings of the elements are right on. My only issue is that the image has a little too much white space. And, you're messege isn't clear. I didn't know what you were trying to say/comment on until I read your description.

I agree with nkish, but I think the explosion could use some more wor.

I used to think this way...but remember, a teenager (18yr old) is only entrusted to fight for his country after months and months of intensive training on responsibility for themselves and others, with safety a foremost thought. They are molded into something that can be trusted. Moreso than the average 21 yr old off the street that can drink. Still, there are some 18 yr old joes that still can't handle responsibilty.

Imagine if they changed it so 18yr old service members could drink but civillians couldn't Whew...glad I'm 28
